Our servers are designed in a way to deliver good performance in the available hardware. Each server comes with minimum RAID1 configuration, ensuring that your data does not depend on a single HDD. HDD failure is very common and you do not want to take a chance of loosing your data that easy. Not only loosing the data is the problem here, but also the downtime while we perform OS re-installation and while you upload your site(s) again.
The servers we provide are not just empty server. Each of them comes with UNLIMITED managed support included. Most companies would charge you about $150 per month for fully managed service, but we do it for free. It is included in each server. Once you get a server from us - whatever you want us to do for you on the server - we will do it.
Linux is hard to learn. It is not like Windows or Mac OS X - shiny and with icons and windows. It is all command line (similar to DOS) with thousand of commands and options. Therefor if you are a starter or just do not want to spend so many hours of managing the OS, security updates, cPanel/DirectAdmin updates, firewall configurations and others - our professional and trained staff will do it all for you at no additional costs.
